ClawBud is operated by AI Buddy Ltd. (אי.איי-באדי בע"מ), an Israeli company. ClawBud is an autonomous AI agent platform that runs on isolated servers, executing tasks, managing automations, and connecting to your tools 24/7.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Email address and display name — provided during registration (via Google Sign-In or email).
Profile picture — if provided by your Google account.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment is processed by Tranzila, a PCI-compliant Israeli payment processor.
We do not store full credit card numbers. Tranzila provides us with a token for recurring billing.
We store: last 4 digits of your card, expiration date, and transaction references.

2.3 Usage Data

Agent activity logs (commands executed, tools used, timestamps).
Messages exchanged with your AI agent via Telegram, web chat, or other connected channels.
Feature usage patterns and session duration.

2.4 Technical Data

IP address, browser type, device information.
Cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the ClawBud platform.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
To monitor platform health, detect abuse, and ensure security.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ClawBud:

Google — OAuth authentication (Sign-In with Google).
Telegram — Agent communication channel.
Tranzila — Payment processing (PCI-compliant).
OpenRouter — AI model API routing for agent capabilities.
Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure.
Vercel — Web application hosting.
Hetzner — Isolated server infrastructure for running AI agents.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:

With third-party service providers listed above, strictly for operating the platform.
When required by law, court order, or legal process.
To protect the rights, safety, or property of AI Buddy Ltd., our users, or the public.

Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your account and associated data.
Export your data in a portable format.

7. Cookies

ClawBud uses minimal cookies:

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
Isolated server environments for each user's AI agent.
Regular security audits and access controls.
Principle of least privilege for all systems.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Agent conversation logs are retained for 90 days by default and can be cleared manually at any time.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in Israel, Germany (Hetzner), and the United States (Vercel, Supabase). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

ClawBud is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Legal Basis (GDPR & Israeli Privacy Law)

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

Contract performance — to provide the ClawBud service you subscribed to.
Legitimate interests — platform security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
Consent — where you explicitly opt in (e.g., marketing communications).
Legal obligation — compliance with Israeli law and applicable regulations.

This policy complies with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (1981) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
