1. Introduction
Welcome to ClawBud. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClawBud platform, operated by AI Buddy Ltd. (אי.איי-באדי בע"מ), an Israeli company.
By creating an account or using ClawBud, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
ClawBud is an autonomous AI agent platform. Each user receives a personal AI agent that runs on an isolated server 24/7. Your agent can:
- Execute tasks and manage automations.
- Write and run code.
- Connect to third-party services (Telegram, Gmail, GitHub, etc.).
- Browse the web and interact with APIs.
- Manage files, schedules, and workflows.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to use ClawBud.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account, including actions taken by your AI agent.
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
ClawBud offers the following subscription tiers:

Prices are in Israeli New Shekels (₪) unless otherwise noted. All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Payment & Billing
- Payments are processed by Tranzila, a PCI-compliant Israeli payment processor.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@aibuddy.co.il for refund requests.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClawBud to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Generate or distribute malware, exploits, or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' agents or data.
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to ClawBud. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content for the purpose of providing the service.
- Agent output: Content generated by your AI agent is yours. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying agent-generated content before using it.
- Our platform: ClawBud, its branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of AI Buddy Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ClawBud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
- We are not liable for actions taken by your AI agent, including any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from agent activity.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Disclaimer
AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any content or actions generated by your agent. ClawBud does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output.
10. Termination
- By you: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your agent will be stopped and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of ClawBud at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
13. Privacy
Your use of ClawBud is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.
